Garrett grew up in La Canada, California. He played for Crescenta Valley Soccer Club for 6 years and was the captain for 4 years. He competed in several national tournaments including the Surf Cup Nationals and Nomads Thanksgiving Tournament in which he finished 2nd in 2008. He played 4 years of Varsity Soccer at La Canada High School and helped with three league titles as well as reaching the California State Semi-Finals. He was named to the All-Southern California First Team in 2009. After returning from an LDS mission to Georgia, he played for Brigham Young University Hawaii where the Seasiders had their best season in school history (2014). Garrett is committed to providing quality training that will enable players to maximize their potential. He strives to make every moment on the field fun and challenging.
