Ron grew up playing lots of soccer with his siblings. He was fortunate to have a previous member of the Mexican National Team direct his early skill development. As a result he made the high school varsity team as a freshman and played varsity at Wasatch High School for four years. He played collegiately in Idaho for the Ricks College Dragons before finishing his medical prerequisites. Ron created the Vice President of Training and Development position at Heber Valley Soccer Club and served in that capacity for two years. He donated countless hours in providing a pivotal role in pushing for improved training and coaching. He founded Olympia FC with the intent of creating an organization dedicated to enabling youth to reach their full potential and empower them to make their dreams a reality. He expects excellence in everything he does, is the founder and president of Utah Olympia FC, and currently coaches the U11 Boys Team.
